Shipping & Pickup

We offer both Australia-wide shipping and local pickup options.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer standard and express shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide only.


Local Pickup (Melbourne)

Local pickup is available at:

  • Pickup is free of charge
  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready
  • Please wait for confirmation before arriving to collect your order

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to courier issues.
DemoPadel is not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
DemoPadel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Authority to Leave

Orders may be left at your address if no one is present, unless otherwise specified at checkout.


Demo & Ex-Demo Rackets

Ex-demo (used) rackets are shipped in excellent condition but may show minor signs of wear.
All ex-demo sales are final unless faulty.
