At DemoPadel, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind on new, unused rackets only, subject to the following conditions:

• Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be included

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A refund will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.

Ex-Demo (Used) Rackets

Ex-demo rackets are sold in excellent condition but may show minor signs of wear.

👉 All ex-demo sales are final
👉 Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order
• Provide photos and a description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Demo Session Credit

Demo session fees that are credited toward a purchase:

• Apply to new rackets only
• Are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Must be used within [7–14 days] of the session

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Please allow 3–5 business days for funds to appear

Exclusions

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind on used or ex-demo rackets
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase
• Incorrect selection where demo opportunities were available
