Returns & Refunds
At DemoPadel, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind on new, unused rackets only, subject to the following conditions:
- Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A refund will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
Ex-Demo (Used) Rackets
Ex-demo rackets are sold in excellent condition but may show minor signs of wear.
👉 All ex-demo sales are final
👉 Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order
- Provide photos and a description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Demo Session Credit
Demo session fees that are credited toward a purchase:
- Apply to new rackets only
- Are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Must be used within [7–14 days] of the session
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–5 business days for funds to appear
Exclusions
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind on used or ex-demo rackets
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase
- Incorrect selection where demo opportunities were available
